AceShowbiz - Terri Irwin, the American-Australian conservationist, has revealed that she is not searching for love following the loss of her husband, Steve Irwin, in 2006. Terri, now 59, stated that she is content with being single and does not plan to date anyone.

"I totally got my happily ever after," Terri told US Weekly. "And while there are a lot of wonderful men in the world, can you see another Steve Irwin? I just can't."

Steve Irwin, known affectionately as "The Crocodile Hunter", tragically died in September 2006 at the age of 44. He was pierced in the chest by a stingray barb while filming in the Great Barrier Reef.

Despite her loss, Terri has found solace in her two children, Bindi Irwin and Robert Irwin, who share their father's passion for wildlife conservation. "I'm lonely for Steve, but I'm not a lonely person," Terri said. "I'm very lucky."

Terri believes that Steve would be proud of the work she and their children have done in his honor. "He would actually go [and] stare [into the fire]," she recalled. "And [one day] he came in and he goes, 'We have to have children. Who are we going to leave this all to? We have to have children. And I go, 'Just because you have kids, doesn't mean they're going to be interested in what you're doing.' And he goes, 'No, we're having children and they're going to love wildlife and conservation.' "

While Terri is not interested in dating, she enjoys watching others find love on shows like "The Golden Bachelor". "I do like the show," she said, "because we're encompassing all demographics."

In her late husband's memory, Terri continues his legacy at the Australian Zoo, a testament to their unwavering bond and the love they shared.
