AceShowbiz - On Tuesday, May 7, Jelly Roll, 39, joined forces with Bert Kreischer and Tom Segura for the 2 Bears 5K. His wife, Bunnie XO, also participated and shared heartwarming posts on Instagram, including one of them embracing in a cold plunge tub after the race. "The couples that finish the 5k together cold plunge together," Bunnie wrote.

Despite feeling slightly tired afterward, Jelly Roll expressed immense satisfaction in an interview with Entertainment Tonight. "I felt great," he said. "It was a little bit harder than I thought it was [going to be], but it's awesome, man."

The musician added that the highlight of the event was the encouragement he received from fellow participants. "How many people stopped to tell us that they were motivated by us, other big guys," Jelly said.

Prior to the race, Jelly had shared his ultimate goal of losing weight through his training. "I've been eating crazy good, so I'm excited," he said in February.

His hard work paid off as he had already lost approximately 70 pounds by April. "I've been doing two to three miles a day, four to six days a week," Jelly revealed. "I'm eating healthy right now."

Feeling energized and inspired by his progress, Jelly set new health targets for himself. "I plan on losing another 100, 100-and-something [pounds]," he said. "If I feel this good down this weight... I can only imagine what I'm going to feel like by the time I go on tour."
