SXSW London will feature a mix of keynotes, film and TV events, music showcases and exhibitions showcasing innovations in digital, gaming, visual arts, design and fashion.
The London festival will build on the legacy of the Austin, Texas-based event, which has been a platform for emerging talent and innovative ideas for nearly four decades. SXSW London aims to emphasize the city's vibrant cultural life and its status as a global hub for creativity and technology.
Over the course of a week in June, SXSW London will take over dozens of venues, galleries, clubs and other spaces in the Shoreditch area of East London. The event will highlight the U.K.'s significant contributions to the creative and technology sectors, with a focus on attracting talent from across Europe.

In addition to keynotes, music showcases and innovations in tech and gaming, SXSW London will introduce visual arts, design and fashion programming, with exhibitions and interactive and immersive experiences taking place in public spaces throughout East London.
The arrival of SXSW London underscores the importance of the entertainment, media and tech industries in modern Britain. It follows the launch of SXSW Sydney in Australia last year, expanding the festival's global footprint.
The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, hailed the news as an important milestone for the city. "I am delighted to welcome SXSW to London for the first time ever - confirming our place at the heart of Europe's tech and creative sectors and as a global capital of culture," said Khan.
SXSW London will provide a platform for the next generation of creative talent, with a focus on climate action and sustainability. The event is produced under license from SXSW LLC by Panarise, a live events company owned by Panarae. More details about the SXSW London 2025 program will be announced in the coming months.
