The 'Little Mermaid' star seemingly shuts down the breakup speculation as she gushes over her 'supportive' baby daddy when opening up about her 'severe' postpartum depression.

After sparking breakup rumors with their suspicious social media activities, the singer/actress has publicly sung praise for her "amazing" and "supportive" baby daddy while opening up about her postpartum depression.
The mother of one opened up about her struggle with postpartum depression in a video posted on her Snapchat Story on Monday, April 15. The 24-year-old said she's "trying to work while still being severely postpartum."
"I have severe, severe postpartum," she confided to her followers, while filming herself lying in bed. "It's really bad," she added, claiming that she would "freak out" when she is separated from her baby for more than 30 minutes.
Halle then expressed her gratitude that her son Halo "has the most amazing daddy in the world." She went on gushing about the YouTube star, "He's just the perfect dad. He's so present. ...I couldn't have asked for a better person to have a baby with." She also said that he has been "supportive" of her and her "ventures"
While calling her newborn a "miracle," the "Angel" songstress added that the only thing that has been "hard" for her since welcoming her first child is "feeling normal in my own body." She divulged, "It's like crazy. I feel like I'm a completely different person. When I look in the mirror I just feel like I'm in a whole new body. Like I don't know who I am."
Halle, who recently flaunted her postpartum body at Coachella, sparked the breakup rumors after she and DDG unfollowed each other on Instagram and deleted photos of one another on the platform. Later, a source allegedly from their inner circle told Media Take Out that "The Little Mermaid (2023)" actress and the YouTuber have indeed broken up, several months after welcoming their first child. Their romantic relationship has reportedly deteriorated significantly since she gave birth to their son.
Halle further fueled the rumors with her recent solo outing at Coachella. The one-half of Chloe x Halle was spotted in Indio, California over the weekend to support her sister Chloe Bailey, who was billed as one of performers at the festival. Her baby daddy DDG, however, was nowhere to be seen around her at Coachella.
