AceShowbiz - Selena Gomez isn't going to feed crazy rumor about her. Not wasting any time, the singer/actress has given her strong response after she was dragged into cheating allegation involving John F. Kennedy's grandson, John Kennedy Schlossberg a.k.a Jack Schlossberg.

The "Love On" songstress has responded to an Instagram post that shared the unfounded claim while she's currently filming season 3 of her Hulu series "Only Murders in the Building". "Never met this human sorry," she simply wrote in the comment. The Instagram account responded, "these rumors are CRAZY. well either way love you gurl."

The rumor was originally posted to X, formerly known as Twitter, and claimed the former Disney darling dated John Kennedy Schlossberg from 2020 to 2021. The original post read, "According to a few tabloids @SelenaGomez and John Kennedy Schlossberg had an affair from 2020 to 2021."

It continued, "The grandson of the US President John Kennedy promised her the White House and she fell for it." At the time, John, who is JFK's only grandson, praised the "Lose You to Love Me" hitmaker for her "When We All Vote" merchandise on Instagram, according to screenshots by a fan on X.

Born John Bouvier Kennedy Schlossberg, Jack is the youngest child of Caroline Kennedy and designer Edwin Schlossberg. The 31-year-old is not known to publicly date anyone now.

As for Selena, she is currently in a relationship with Benny Blanco, which she confirmed last year. Earlier this week, a source told PEOPLE they're going strong despite the distance. "They are so in love," the so-called insider said. "It's a very serious relationship, and they're making long distance work while she’' in New York for work commitments."

"Benny makes her feel special and they try to see each other as much as possible," the source added. "She really does feel like it's the best she's ever been treated by a guy, and she's had a certain glow since they started dating."
