Aoki Lee Simmons has been caught on camera sharing a steamy kiss and frolicking on a beach with a renowned businessman 44 years her senior during an exotic getaway.

AceShowbiz - Aoki Lee Simmons, 21, and renowned restaurateur Vittorio Assaf, 65, stirred up headlines during a romantic vacation to St. Barts on Tuesday. The significant age difference between the pair did not hinder their affectionate displays on the beach.
Exclusively obtained photographs by Page Six reveal Simmons, the daughter of fashion icon Kimora Lee Simmons and entrepreneur Russell Simmons, locking lips with Assaf, the co-founder of Serafina restaurants.
Simmons donned an olive-green bikini with an ethnic print, while Assaf opted for a shirtless look, accessorized with light-blue-and-white patterned swim trunks.
Despite posting numerous photos from her Caribbean adventure on Instagram, Simmons omitted any images of her companion and so did Assaf. The Milanese businessman only shared vacation snapshots featuring a long-time friend. However, in one Instagram picture, she wore the same swimwear as she did in the paparazzi photos.
Assaf was previously married to model Charlotte Bonstrom. His personal life gained public attention in 2021 when his then-wife was exposed for having an affair with her twin sister's ex-husband.
Previously romantically linked to model 24-year-old model Nya Gatbel, Assaf maintains a private personal life, as does Simmons.
However, she sparked controversy in 2023 when she shared a Valentine's Day post with her then-boyfriend, provoking backlash for dating outside her race. Simmons subsequently defended her relationship, highlighting the societal backwardness surrounding interracial relationships.
"I guess I knew the world was stuck in 1950 and would have some recessive & to say about something as simple as an interracial relationship……. Like that's truly sad, especially from people of color, but it was expected," she fumed.
