During a livestream on Stationhead, the 'Pillow Talk' singer reveals to his devotees that he is interested in doing a collaboration with the 'Flowers' hitmaker.

AceShowbiz - Zayn Malik has voiced his interests in creating new music with Miley Cyrus. A few months before releasing his new album, the "Pillow Talk" singer publicly invited the "Flowers" songstress to do a collaboration.

In a video circulating via X, formerly known as Twitter, on Tuesday, March 26, it could be heard that the 31-year-old former One Direction member revealed that he wants to join forces with the 31-year-old songstress to make music. The statement was made during a livestream on live streaming platform Stationhead one day prior.

Speaking to his fans, Zayn said, "I'd like to do a collaboration with her." On the reason why, he went on to gush, "I like her music a lot, she's got a sick voice. And I think we can do something really cool together especially with how my new record sounds like." He further invited Miley by saying, "So Miley, if you hear this, if you're interested, I'm here."

It did not take long for the tweet to be flooded with responses from X users, who appeared excited for the potential collaboration. In the replies section, one in particular wrote, "They should definitely collab I think their voices would do well with each other." Similarly, another penned, "They should get in the f**king studio and record a banger @RyanTedder @ColumbiaRecords."

Meanwhile, a third suggested, "Someone should have asked him about collab with Ariana and Weeknd," while making a reference to Ariana Grande and The Weeknd. A number of other users also demanded Zayn to make music with the "Eternal Sunshine" songstress and the "Blinding Lights" singer.

During the same livestream, Zayn shared that he has been listening to One Direction songs. He told his fans, "I've been listening to a bit of One Direction music recently, reminiscing [about] good times." He further bragged, "We made some good music as a band. We were pretty good," before giggling.

The remarks came less than two weeks after Zayn announced that he is slated to unleash his fourth studio album titled "Room Under the Stairs" on May 17. Before dropping the record, he released his single "What I Am", which will be featured in the forthcoming set, on March 15.
