AceShowbiz - On the March 20 episode of the "Call Her Daddy" podcast, 37-year-old actress Megan Fox candidly discussed her plastic surgery experiences.
Fox confirmed that she had a rhinoplasty in her early twenties, but denied rumors of multiple subsequent procedures. "I've not touched my nose since I was...23. It's been well over a decade," she clarified.
She also revealed that she had breast augmentations at 21 or 22 and had them redone twice, the second time after breastfeeding her children with ex-husband Brian Austin Green.
Despite her willingness to discuss these procedures, Fox kept one particular surgery a secret. "There's one thing I had done that I'm gatekeeping because it was really good and it's not a known plastic surgery. People don't even really know about it," she teased.
Fox vehemently denied other rumors of plastic surgery, including facelifts, brow lifts, buccal fat removal, BBL (Brazilian butt lift), and liposuction.
"I've never done threads. I have researched them, and it's not because of some moral thing, I just don't really believe they work. I'm also afraid that they would interfere when I do need to have a facelift."
"I'll never have any fat removed," she added, explaining that she's a naturally lean person. "I will only ever put fat in, I will never be taking fat out."
"I don't like surgery. My body does not react well to general anesthesia," she explained. "I don't take surgery lightly."
Fox's transparency aligns with a recent trend of celebrities becoming more open about their cosmetic enhancements. While some like Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Courteney Cox have been candid about their experiences, others like Heidi Montag have shared cautionary tales about the potential risks involved.
