The actor submitted his petition on Friday, January 19, claiming in the legal docs that the 'Nope' star harassed him and his family following her split from his brother, Darius Jackson, last year.

AceShowbiz - Sarunas Jackson's attempt to get a restraining order against Keke Palmer came to no avail. It was unveiled that a Los Angeles Superior Court judge has denied the "Insecure" star's request.

According to RadarOnline.com, the judge turned down the petition for the temporary restraining orders on Tuesday, January 23. A date has been set in February when Jackson can present his argument for a permanent restraining order.

Sarunas submitted his petition on Friday. He claimed in the legal docs that the "Nope" star harassed him and his family following her split from his brother, Darius Jackson, last year.

"She has made foul claims that I have sexual abuse claims on me when I do not. I have never done such a thing," Sarunas explained. "She has gone to the media and has used her celebrity to publicly lie on my family and myself, which has resulted in death threats by the public. I have the emails to prove [it]. We have had banging at our door from strangers."

Sarunas also alleged that Keke "harassed and stalked my friends and family on social media" and "reached out to people in relation to me to lie on me and my family.". He said Keke's claims have ruined his career.

"She has lied time and time again and has tried to lure people around me into her web of lies," he argued. Sarunas is asking the court to restrict Keke's contact with him and bar her from speaking "publicly or privately about me or my family."

Darius himself filed a restraining order against Keke in December 2023, claiming that the "Alice" star had been "physically abusive" during their relationship. He asked a judge for a temporary domestic violence restraining order requiring the star to stay 100 yards away from him, per TMZ.
