AceShowbiz - Kaitlyn Bristowe has called out Jason Tartick over his reaction to speculations suggesting that she cheated on him with Zac Clark. On her "Off The Vine" podcast, the star of "The Bachelorette" season 11 accused her former fiance of using "a false narrative" to "garner sympathy."

In the Thursday, January 4 episode of the podcast, the 38-year-old reality TV star got things off her chest amid the cheating rumors. Speaking to her friend Bailey Stanworth, she began saying, "I personally thought Jason and I were in such a good space," and noted that she invited 35-year-old Jason to come over at her house. "We speak kindly about each other. We had the best time at Chris Harrison's wedding," she recalled.

Kaitlyn went on to explain, "So I think I get really confused [and] I'm a little bit disappointed. It's really disappointing to me the way that Jason's kind of leaning into the victim mentality, because I don't want to dismiss that he's hurting. I don't want to dismiss that his feelings are valid and his feelings are hurting but like I have talked to him so openly and honestly. We have been like so transparent with each other to like have respect for one another."

"The word disappointment keeps coming up. I feel so disappointed that someone could use a false narrative, accusation to garner sympathy for themselves," the TV personality continued. "I'm even holding back now because I want to still protect people and not just throw them under the bus."

The cheating rumors came up after a video of Kaitlyn with her arm around Zac, Tayshia Adams' ex-beau, made its rounds online. Later on, she responded by writing via Instagram Story, "You would think by now I'd be used to the hate. I'm not. Your words hurt. Your shaming hurts." She then stated, "You should not be this invested in someone you don't even know or respect."

In the same Story, Kaitlyn also claimed that those chatters "don't even know the truth." She further insisted that she only "had a party with some of my favorite people." She added, "But you just go on and continue to have your own little made up story in your head and believe what you want to believe."
