AceShowbiz - Tom Sandoval is the latest celebrity who got slammed by PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals). The "Vanderpump Rules" star got called out by the animal rights organization for posing with a tiger at Tiger World Thailand.

In a letter for the 40-year-old, PETA wrote, "We saw on your Instagram account that you visited Tiger World Thailand and interacted with tigers there." It added, "When popular folks like you pose with wild animals, people are moved to support pay-to-play animal experiences, for which big-cat cubs are torn away from their mothers prematurely and denied their freedom as well as anything remotely natural and important to them."

"In the wild, tigers avoid humans and are naturally solitary, reclusive animals," the organization further stated. "Any human interaction with big cats poses dangers for both humans and the felines, and captive big cats have attacked and killed their captors and visitors."

Also putting Tom on blast was his "Vanderpump Rules" co-star, Lala Kent. "I am appalled by the photo my cast member took with a tiger in captivity," she wrote in an Instagram Story post on Wednesday, January 3.

"What is disguised and 'fun' and 'cool' is, in fact, animal abuse. It's heartbreaking," the 33-year-old continued. "I've made noise about educating yourselves, & here I am to tell you again… Do not support places like this."

James Kennedy also wrote in an Instagram comment, "I would never go to a place like this. Let them all run free !!" He went on to lament, "always found this cruel and so sad."
