The 'Selling Sunset' star makes the shocking revelation in a new lawsuit against a driver, who was also involved in a July 2021 car crash in Burbank, without mentioning the child's father.

AceShowbiz - Bre Tiesi appeared to have suffered from a miscarriage following a horrifying accident. The "Selling Sunset" star revealed that a car crash, in which she was involved back in July 2021, caused her to lose her unborn child.
The 32-year-old reality TV star made the shocking revelation in a new lawsuit against a driver, who was also involved in the crash. In the court documents, which were obtained by The Blast, she is suing the defendant for her "physical injuries" and "costs of past and future medical treatment."
In the legal papers, Bre wrote that she "sustained serious injuries and damages, including but not limited to physical injuries" and "loss of an unborn child." She also claimed that she sustained "costs of past and future medical treatment of such injuries, pain and suffering, and other consequential damages." However, she did not offer information about the unborn child's father.
The real estate agent further alleged that the defendant "operated their vehicle negligently and carelessly, proximately causing property damage and personal injury." She accused them of not driving their vehicle "in a safe and reasonable manner." She additionally claimed that she was "rear-ended" on Burbank Boulevard, which is not far from Warner Bros. Studios.
In the meantime, in a court filing, the other driver allegedly acknowledged that Bre suffered an "alleged miscarriage" following the car accident, which happened in Burbank, California. The other driver reportedly also confirmed that it was a "rear-end accident," causing the vehicle to sustain "heavy frontal damages."
Around six months following the car crash, it was revealed that Bre was expecting her first child with TV host Nick Cannon. In June 2022, the two welcomed their son named Legendary Love Cannon. Since then, they have not been shy in sharing their family's activities with the public.
Recently, Bre spilled her plan to spend upcoming holiday with her son Legendary and baby daddy Nick. Speaking to PEOPLE on Tuesday, November 28, she said, "I set up what I want [Nick] at. I just tell him my plans and he makes it. It's pretty simple."
"We're gonna probably go to New York," she continued. "We have a couple other things. So we're gonna go to Grinchness on Monday, which is gonna be really cute. So we have a bunch of activities."
