AceShowbiz - DomiNque Perry has brought up some allegations against Sarunas J. Jackson amid a child custody dispute. The "Insecure" actress accused her baby daddy and former co-star of "mental and physical" abuse in new court documents filed in California Superior Court.
In the petition filed on Tuesday, December 28, the 35-year-old claimed she "experienced emotional volatility, intimidation, bullying, undeserved stress, mental and physical abuse, controlling and narcissistic behavior, all over the past 5 plus years from Sarunas and his family." She and Sarunas, who is the older brother of Keke Palmer's ex, Darius Jackson, share a 5-year-old daughter, Zen Jackson.
Back on September 21, DomiNque filed a petition to determine a parental relationship, which Sarunas opposed in a November 16 filing. Responding to Saruna's "motion to quash" the original petition, DomiNque declared, "I was regularly bullied and intimidated (brother Daruis (sic) admitted and confirmed). I was always nervous because I felt that I wasn't ever good enough by the Petitioner and the family."
DomiNque went on to allege that Sarunas blamed her for "our daughter being on the Autism Spectrum." She also detailed a heated argument that turned physical in March 2020.
"Sarunas got heated in the conversation and began to repeatedly call me stupid," she claimed. "I then said to him, 'you talk to your mother like that not me' at that point he became more angry and grabbed me by the throat and started choking me... I was in such shock and disbelief."
The "Get Hard" star said her baby daddy did not let go until their daughter came over and began to cry. "That's when Sarunas let my neck go and kneel(ed) down to Zen," she recalled. "He was so angry that he had blood coming from his mouth where he bit his tongue."
"A few weeks later he showed up to my residence with scratches all over his neck and face. I asked what happened and he stated 'he cornered his mom and they were fighting," she continued. "The choking on his behalf is the norm. He is violent with women."
