In the new episode of the long-running NBC singing competition, the host tells the coaches that they will be doing 'something that has never been done' in the previous seasons.

AceShowbiz - More contestants hit the stage for three-way Knockouts before they began the Playoffs in the Tuesday, November 14 episode. Wynonna Judd served as season 24 mega mentor, while Niall Horan, Gwen Stefani, Reba McEntire and John Legend would have to continue choosing the best singers to keep in their respective teams.

The episode kicked off with the final Knockout from Team John. Taylor Deneen opted to sing "Sweet Thing". Mac Royals hoped his performance of "Lost Without You" would save him from elimination. As for Brandon Montel, he sang "Nobody Gets Me".

Reba praised Brandon for his song choice and stage presence. She also said that Taylor's showmanship was her personal standout. Niall, meanwhile, said that Mac had a perfect pitch. Gwen loved Brandon's performance. As for John, he liked that Brandon chose a song that connected to his own story. He complimented Mac for singing "the hell out of that song," and praised Taylor for her "power." Eventually, John named Mac as the winner and saved Taylor.

For the final Knockout from Team Reba, Jordan Rainer, Caitlin Quinsenberry and Elizabeth Evans faced each other. Their performances were seen in a montage, which featured Jordan winning.

Lennon Vanderdoes, Alexa Wildish and Julia Roome from Team Niall were the last singers in the final Knockout. Lennon sang "I Won't Give Up", Alexa hit the stage to sing "Believe", while Julia chose "Unstoppable".

Gwen felt the warmth from Alexa's performance. She also said that Lennon's performance was "so moving." John echoed the sentiment, before praising Alexa for picking a perfect song. Niall was torn because he had to eliminate two of the singers. He eventually decided to keep Alexis on his team.

Before the episode concluded, host Carson Daly told the coaches about "something that's never been done." He told them that each coach would be given a chance to bring back an eliminated artist.
