The 'Lizzie McGuire' actress recalls her reaction when receiving the shocking birthday card from one of her little children and finding out what was written on it.

AceShowbiz - Hilary Duff has got an X-rated birthday card from her five-year-old daughter. The 36-year-old actress has unveiled that her daughter Banks - who can't read yet - bought her an inappropriate card in September that read, "Happy birthday, d******d!"
"My husband was so excited. He took her to ... CVS, I don't know where they bought the card ... and he was like, 'Banks got you the best birthday card'. And I was like, 'Oh, my God!' " Hilary - who has Mae, two, and Banks, five, with Matthew Koma, as well as Luca, 11, with Mike Comrie - said on "Late Night With Seth Meyers".
"Thank God it didn't have confetti, that's my worst nightmare. When you open it and there's glitter everywhere ... [but] I thought it was going to sing to me or something and I was really surprised. Love it!"
Meanwhile, earlier this year, Hilary acknowledged that motherhood is "f****** hard." Despite this, the blonde beauty has relished the challenge of raising her children. Hilary - who has been married to Matthew since 2019 - told InStyle magazine, "I just love watching my kids form into their own individual unique selves."
"I love my loud household with mayhem and the craziness and all the love and all the dirt. I love [parenting] with my husband. I love feeling like hugs and cuddles can make everything better. I love the pressure of being like, 'How the f** are we going to make it through this day?' And making it through the day and being like, 'I don't know how everyone is tucked in and fed and happy after all the things we've had to do today.' "
