The 'Raid the Cage' co-host is believed to not go down without a fight as she has just hired powerhouse divorce attorney Randall Kessler to represent her after Jeezy filed for divorce in September.

AceShowbiz - After allegedly being left "devastated" by Jeezy's (Young Jeezy) divorce filing, Jeannie Mai may not let her estranged husband walk away that easily from their marriage. She is reported to be ready to challenge their prenuptial agreement.

The TV personality has just hired powerhouse divorce attorney Randall Kessler to represent her after Jeezy asked for joint custody of their daughter. Randall, who is known for being a hard charging lawyer who likes to fight, has represented a slew of Atlanta-based celebrities in their divorces and custody battles. His clients included NeNe Leakes, Porsha Williams, Christina Milian and Mike Epps.

While it's said that Jeannie and Jeezy have an iron-clad prenup, it's claimed that the prenup may not be valid. According to Media Take Out, the former "The Real" host signed the prenup just 24 hours before the couple was married.

In several states, a couple needs to sign a prenup at least 30 days before the wedding date. However, Jeannie and Jeezy tied the knot in Atlanta, Georgia, where the court states that prenups signed only a day or two before a wedding, so long as both spouses had the opportunity to speak with a lawyer, are still valid.

Jeezy, whose real name is Jay Wayne Jenkins, filed for the dissolution of the marriage on September 14 after only two years of marriage. In the divorce papers, he asked for joint custody of his and Jeannie's 1-year-old daughter Monaco. He also stated that their marriage is "irretrievably broken" and "there is no hope for reconciliation."

In a statement issued earlier this month, Jeezy insisted that his "love and respect" for his estranged wife remain the same despite the split. The 46-year-old rapper said, "The decision to end this chapter in my life was not made impulsively and comes with a heavy heart." He added, "Despite this, my love and respect for Jeannie remains and the time we spent together holds a cherished place in my heart."
