AceShowbiz - Taylor Swift apparently has left Travis Kelce disappointed. Allegedly refusing to see him at her "Eras Tour" concert in Kansas City, the "Back to December" songstress was revealed to have caused "a little butthurt" to the Kansas City Chiefs player.
The 33-year-old athlete got candid with his thoughts and feelings after getting rejected to see the "Blank Space" singer in a conversation on "New Heights" podcast. In the Wednesday, July 26 episode, he told his older brother Jason Kelce, "I was disappointed that she doesn't talk before or after her shows."
On the reason why, Travis explained, "Because she has to save her voice for the 44 songs that she sings." He went on to express, "So, I was a little butthurt that I didn't get to hand her one of the bracelets I made for her."
The NFL player further elaborated to his brother about Swifties friendship bracelets. "If you're on Taylor Swift concerts, there are friendship bracelets and I received a bunch of them being there. But I wanted to give Taylor Swift."
"One with my number on it," Travis admitted. He was referring to his phone number. He continued, "She doesn't meet anybody and she doesn't or at least she didn't want to meet me so I am I took it personal."
About the show itself, Travis exclaimed, "But it was an unbelievable show and honestly. I've only seen Arrowhead filled like that for Chiefs games without much excitement." He added, "And everybody was dressed in pink and purple going crazy for it. It was a wild show."
The conversation about Travis feeling disappointed for not being able to meet Taylor came a few months after he defended himself following accusations that he was a stingy boyfriend. The rumors came after he and his former girlfriend, Kayla Nicole, called off their romance in 2022.
In January, Travis set the record straight during his appearance on "The Pivot Podcast". He stated, "How crazy is that?! Don't buy into that s**t!" He additionally explained, "We were in a relationship for 5 years. A hundred dollars here and hundred dollars there wasn't even thought about, which is ridiculous."
"I would never say that I was supporting her. She had a very financially stable life and what she was doing in her career," he added. "You've got to be crazy if you think I'd never helped or gave her a couple [of] dollars to grab some food or she gave me some money."
