The real estate agent is still wearing his wedding ring in photos he shares from the annual Independence Day parade in Aspen, where he and the 'Real Housewives' star are also spotted dining out just the two of them.

AceShowbiz - Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky are putting up a united front after denying divorce rumors. Further proving that their marriage remains intact, the pair were spending the Fourth of July together with their children in Aspen.
On Tuesday, Mauricio took to his Instagram page to share pictures and videos of the family attending the annual Independence Day parade in Aspen, Colorado. In one of the snaps, he was seen still wearing his wedding ring while posing with his wife Kyle.
The real estate agent put one of his hands around the reality TV star, while he held their dog's leash with his other hand. The post also included a group shot with their two daughters, Alexia, 27, and Portia, 15.
"Happy Independence Day. Hope everyone is having a great day :)," Mauricio captioned the photos and videos.
Kyle and Mauricio were also spotted dining out just the two of them in Aspen on Monday night, prior to the Fourth of July celebration. Around the same time of their dinner date, the couple released a joint statement addressing the split reports.
"In regards to the news that came out about us today... Any claims regarding divorcing are untrue," the statement began to read. While acknowledging that their marriage has recently gone through a bumpy ride, they assured that their love for each other remains intact.
"However, yes, we have had a rough year. The most challenging one of our marriage. But we both love and respect each other tremendously," they admitted, before insisting, "There has been no wrongdoing on anyone's part."
"Although we are in the public eye, we ask to be able to work through our issues privately," the couple added, before begging with the public, "While it maybe be entertaining to speculate, please do not create false stories to fit a further salacious narrative."
Meanwhile, Kyle's sister Kathy Hilton appeared to weigh in on Kyle's rumored separation from her husband on her Instagram Story. On Tuesday, she posted a cryptic quote that was originally posted by The Law of Attraction. "My mom once told me, 'Once you are matured, you will realise that silence is more powerful than proving your point.' And I felt that," it read.
PEOPLE reported on Monday that Kyle and Mauricio have separated after 27 years of marriage. A source told the outlet, "Kyle and Mauricio have been separated for a while now but are still living under the same roof. They remain amicable as they figure out what's next for them and their family."
The split rumors came amid speculation that Kyle has been dating country singer Morgan Wade. They were reported to have spent a decent amount of time together recently and have matching heart tattoos. Kyle seemed to have denied the dating rumors in her statement by saying, "There has been no wrongdoing on anyone's part."
