AceShowbiz - Kim Kardashian hints at a new romance in a new teaser for "The Kardashians". In a preview for an upcoming episode of the Hulu show, the SKIMS founder is seen discussing a mystery man, nicknamed "Fred," with Scott Disick.
"My friends wanted me to meet someone," Kim reveals. Scott later replies, "Let's call this guy 'Fred.' Does he meet the standards?" Without hesitation, Kim admits that this person "so meets the standards."
Later during a confessional, Kim is seen texting with someone. That prompts a producer to ask, "Is that Fred?" and Kim simply confirms, "Yup." The producer then quips, "Two years, my a**," seemingly in reference to a break from the dating game altogether.
In season 3 premiere of "The Kardashians", the mother of four shared that she's not planning to start a new relationship after splitting from Pete Davidson, whom she dated for nine months. "I'm single and I'm not ready to mingle and that's OK," she noted at the time.
"We just had talks and talks, we had been talking about it," Kim explained of their split. "So, it was both of us just communicating really well about it. It's obviously sad."
She went on reflecting on her love journey, "I go back and forth in my feelings sometimes like, 'Uh, who's ever gonna wanna date me? I have four kids, I'm in my 40s, you know? Like, oh my god, who's gonna wanna deal with the drama?' " She added, "But my person will be like, 'F**k all of that, it's gonna be hard but we're together and we're gonna do this.' So I'm just waiting for that person."
Recently, it was reported that Kim is currently "interested" in a mystery man. "Kim isn't officially dating anybody, but there is somebody who she's interested in," an insider told Us Weekly. "So far, there have only been subtle flirtations between them, but they haven't gone out yet."
The informant continued noting that the SKIMS founder is "interested in pursuing things" with the mystery person, but she still "wants to keep it under the radar" in the early stages. "She's not ready to be seen out on a date with anybody for the time being because she doesn't want to make it a big deal," the source added.
The 42-year-old reality TV star allegedly "knows once she's seen on a date then things get blown out of proportion quickly, but there is somebody special she has her eye on so she's excited about where things could go."
