Lil Durk Recruits Kodak Black and NLE Choppa for 'Sorry for the Drought' Tour

Durkio will start the trek on July 28 in Tampa, Florida and will make stops in cities like Atlanta, Brooklyn, Detroit, Houston, Austin and Denver among others.

AceShowbiz - Lil Durk is embarking on a tour and he's not alone. The "Laugh Now or Cry Later" announced that he will kick off the "Sorry for the Drought" tour soon and Kodak Black, NLE Choppa as well as DD Osama are set to join him.

Durkio broke the news via Instagram on Tuesday, May 16. Sharing the poster of the tour, he wrote, "Been gone too long, but I ain't leaving no more. Sorry For The Drought @kodakblack @nlechoppamusic @ddosama let's give the world something to look forward to. Tix on sale 10am local time Thursday {link in bio} lets go."

Durkio will start the trek on July 28 in Tampa, Florida. Over the course of thrree months, he will make stops in cities like Atlanta, Brooklyn, Detroit, Houston, Austin, Denver, Seattle, San Diego and Los Angeles. He is set to wrap the outing in Phoenix, Arizona.

The announcement came ahead of the arrival of Durkio's new album, "Almost Healed". The emcee was supposed to release it on May 12, but he changed his mind and decided to unleash the project on May 26.

Though he didn't release the album, Durkio still had a new offering for fans as he released "All My Life" ft. J. Cole. Speaking of collaborating with the German-born artist, the OTF leader said, "He smoked my a** on that one, for one - barely... That barely happens. But shout out to J. Cole, shout out to [Dr.] Luke, we made it happen."

The joint single arrived along with its visuals that shows Durkio and J. Cole trading bars with a bunch of kids in the neighborhood. "Durkio told me he been on some positive s**t, yeah, yeah/ Lately, I just wanna show up and body some s**t, yeah, yeah," J. Cole opens the track. "Always been a lil' mathematician, lately it's cash I'm gettin'/ Got me losin' count of these bags, I've been movin' too fast."

After the choir sings the chorus, Durkio chimes in, "I decided I had to finish, but the media called me a menace/ I done sat with the mayor and politicians, I'm tryna change the image." He continues, "You can't blame my past no more, I come from the trenches/ Some said I'd never be a superstar, but I know I'm different."
