The real estate pro, who lost a baby boy named Mason in December 2021 when she was 38 weeks pregnant, welcomed her baby girl earlier this month in a Miami hospital.

AceShowbiz - Maya Vander has welcomed her rainbow baby to the world. The "Selling Sunset" alum gave birth to her new bundle of joy just days after confirming her pregnancy.

The 39-year-old broke the exciting news to PEOPLE. She said, "I kept the pregnancy very quiet until the end. I am feeling so much relief now that I delivered, and we are both safe."

Maya and her husband David Miller named the baby Emma Reign. According to the couple, the baby was born in early May at Baptist Hospital in Miami.

Maya revealed she was having a bun in the oven earlier this month. Speaking to The US Sun, she said, "I am 9 months pregnant... And I'm expecting a baby girl any day now."

Though excited to welcome her bundle of joy, Maya did confess that her past got her worried. "It's exciting, but also this time around I have more fears and more concerns given the last circumstances," she explained. "I kept quiet on social media because I lost a baby when I was nine months pregnant in the past."

Maya, who lost a baby boy named Mason in December 2021 when she was 38 weeks pregnant, also addressed questions why she was still trying to have another baby despite having a miscarriage and stillbirth. "I know it's hard to understand why I would bother to get pregnant again, but I had a huge void to fill. I stayed calm and positive," she reasoned.

Despite the losses, Maya claimed she could still be considered lucky. "I'm very lucky and thankful for my kids," she pointed out. "It was just something that was missing. No one expects to lose a child and give birth to a stillborn." She also hoped that her personal experience "will inspire other women going through any loss."
