AceShowbiz - Jimmie Allen's ex manager is suing him of assault and sexual abuse. While the "Freedom Was a Highway" singer denied the allegations, the accuser fired back at him and insisted that she's telling the truth.

The woman, who identifies as Jane Doe, revealed that Jimme "raped her and repeatedly subjected her to sexual abuse and harassment over a period of 18 months." One of the incidents include the time when they were heading to "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" in May 2021.

The woman told Variety that Jimmie groped "her breasts on the plane, [pushed] his erect penis against her body in public and [masturbated] in front of her at the hotel where they were both staying" during their trip. He also reportedly "forced his fingers into her vagina" inside the car after leaving the taping.

The accuser additionally said that Jimme took his virginity as he allegedly raper her during a work trip to Los Angeles in March of that year. "I was disconnected from my body, feeling a sense of panic," she told the outlet.

Jimme has shut down the "deeply troubling and hurtful" accusations. He declared, "I acknowledge that we had a sexual relationship - one that lasted for nearly two years. During that time, she never once accused me of any wrongdoing, and she spoke of our relationship and friendship as being something she wanted to continue indefinitely."

"Only after things ended between us, did she hire a lawyer to reach out and ask for money, which leads me to question her motives. The simple fact is, her accusations are not only false, but also extremely damaging," the musician added. "I've worked incredibly hard to build my career, and I intend to mount a vigorous defense to her claims and take all other legal action necessary to protect my reputation."

Jane Doe's attorney disputed Jimmie's claims though. "The only ask we made of Allen and his legal counsel was to meet to discuss Allen's behavior and resolution of our client's claims. At no time did our client make a monetary demand. The response was a hard no, and colored with threats that his team would take steps to publicly tarnish my client. My client had no choice but to be proactive in protecting herself by filing the complaint," the lawyer said.
