The 'Drake and Josh' alum's estranged wife Janet Von Schmeling celebrates their son's birthday without the actor after it was reported that he threatened suicide over child custody issue.

AceShowbiz - Drake Bell was apparently missing from his child's big day. His son, whom he shares with estranged wife Janet Von Schmeling, recently turned 2 years old, but the former child actor wasn't present during the celebration of the boy's milestone.
On Monday, April 17, Janet posted on her Instagram Stories several photos and videos from a "Baby Shark"-themed party that she threw for her little one. "I can't believe you're 2!!!!" read a Story reposted by the Florida native.
In most of the pictures and videos, Janet and her son were seen hanging out with friends and family members, but Drake was nowhere to be seen around them. The birthday boy seemed to have a lot of fun, smiling while playing in a small pool of filled balls.
Janet also looked carefree that day. The 28-year-old rocked a pair of white overalls and a pink top while holding the baby boy most of the time. The toddler, whose name has not been revealed to the public by his parents, was seen sleeping while being carried by his mom in one of the snaps.
It's unclear if Drake did not receive an invite to the party or if he decided to skip the celebration. He has recently caused enough drama with his disappearance last week. The Daytona Beach Police Department reported on Thursday, April 13 that the 36-year-old was missing and a search was conducted to find him.
A few hours later, police confirmed that they have located the "Drake & Josh" alum. He then took to social media to address his missing reports, claiming that it was misunderstanding simply because he misplaced his phone. "You leave your phone in the car and don't answer for the night and this?" so he tweeted on Thursday, adding a face with tears of joy emoji, just a few hours after police found him alive and well.
It was later reported that Drake threatened suicide before he was reported missing. According to TMZ, his brother Robert told Orlando PD that the actor was suicidal after having a "falling out" with his estranged wife Janet over child custody issues.
Robert told cops Drake was "distraught and made suicidal statements" in texts to their mother. He allegedly said he didn't want to live anymore, was going to drink excessively and hang himself. Robert said that he tried to make Drake come to his senses but it was to no avail, so he decided to call police.
