The 'Vanderpump Rules' co-stars, who reportedly had months-long affair while he was dating the 37-year-old TV personality, issued their apology in separate statements shared on Instagram.

AceShowbiz - Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss have expressed their remorse for their months-long affair. Having made media headlines due to the scandal, the "Vanderpump Rules" co-stars publicly apologized to Ariana Madix.
In a lengthy message posted on Instagram, Tom wrote, "I want to first and foremost apologize to everyone I've hurt through this process. Most of all, I want to apologize to Ariana." He then admitted, "I made mistakes, I was selfish, and made reckless decisions that hurt somebody I love. No one deserves to feel that pain so traumatically and publicly."
"I can only imagine how devastating this has been for Ariana and everyone around us," he continued. "I feel really horrible about that. My biggest regret is that I dishonored Ariana. I never meant to disappoint so many people, including our loving families and friends."
Noting that his love for Ariana was "stronger than any camera could ever have captured," Tom added that "Vanderpump Rules" never fully captured their best times together and some of their "biggest struggles." He further stated, "I wish things happened in a different order and our relationship was not severely tarnished, and that it ended with the same respect for her that it began with. I owed Ariana better."
Meanwhile, in a statement sent to Entertainment Tonight on Wednesday, March 8, Raquel declared, "I want to apologize for my actions and my choices foremost to Ariana, and to my friends and the fans so invested in our relationships." She added, "There is no excuse, I am not a victim and I must own my actions and I deeply regret hurting Ariana."
Raquel claimed she is "reflecting" on her choices, "speaking to a counselor" and "learning things about myself such as my patterns of codependency and addiction to being and feeling loved." She then elaborated, "I have sought emotional validation through intimate connections that are not healthy without regard for my own well-being, sometimes negatively affecting others and often prioritizing the intimate connection over my friendships... I am taking steps to understand my behavior and make healthier choices."
Tom and Ariana reportedly called it quits after she found out about his and Raquel's affair last week at his band's show. It was unveiled that Ariana was "blindsided" by the two's cheating, considering that she "has been hanging out with [Raquel] recently."
