AceShowbiz - Wendy Williams looks healthier than ever. The former daytime TV queen was seen looking fit and comfortable during a shopping spree in Beverly Hills after fans suspected she suffers from thyroid eye disease.
In photos surfacing online, the former "The Wendy Williams Show" host was seen wearing a pink Gucci T-shirt and a pair of Daisy Dukes as she went shopping in California over the weekend. To complete her look, she added black sheer tights under the shorts, white fuzzy boots and pink square-shaped sunglasses.
Wendy had her shoulder-length hair straight and down. For her makeup, she looked stunning with vibrant pink lipstick. She also carried a green purse and walked by cameras before apparently getting into a white vehicle.
Wendy's latest sighting came after she's seen walking outside her New York City apartment. At one point, however, she looked surprised or caught off guard, standing with her mouth agape and her eyes opened wide.
Upon learning of her photos, fans quickly expressed their concern, with many alleging that Wendy is suffering from "thyroid eye disease." One person commented, "Thyroid eye disease. Before even thinking about going back to work she needs to take care of herself, go to an endocrinologist and an ophthalmologist."
Another remarked, "She should get her Thyroid condition in check before she does anything else. It's obviously out of control." Someone else chimed in, "thyroid eye disease possibly." A separate social media user said, "The eye bulging is from Grave's disease. Once it happens, there is no fixing it. Wishing Wendy all the best."
The sighting arrived after it's reported that Wendy was filming a mystery project in NYC. Late last month, Page Six reported that the former radio personality filmed the so-called new project at Fresco by Scotto.
A few days later, Wendy herself revealed her desire to be on "The View", alongside Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar and Seth Meyers, in a bizarre rant. "I'm shopping for kitty litter because I have a wax museum in Paris and one in California," she told a fan while she's at a pet shop last month. "I'm going for a week in Paris and then three weeks in California and then immediately fly back," she continued rambling on, "I want to be on TV, stuff like Seth Meyers, Joy Behar, Whoopi Goldberg, 'The View'. Stuff like that."
Wendy hasn't been on screen since her show "The Wendy Williams Show" was canceled in June last year following months-long absence due to health issues. CBS fired her and replaced her show with Sherri Shepherd's "Sherri".
