Dwyane Wade and his wife Gabrielle Union come in support of his teen daughter, who was recently granted an official name change, as she hits the catwalk at Miu Miu's fall/winter 2023 show.

AceShowbiz - Zaya Wade has made her runway debut in Paris and her dad Dwyane Wade couldn't be more proud. The former NBA star has taken to social media to gush over his daughter as she hit the catwalk at Miu Miu's fall/winter 2023 show.

Dwyane and his wife Gabrielle Union came in support as Zaya made her runway debut at Paris Fashion Week on Tuesday, March 7. The pair took to their respective Instagram pages to share an identical video of Zaya strutting her stuff on the runway as her parents sat front row along with the family's stylist Thomas Christos Kikis.

Dwyane was also seen filming his daughter with his phone camera, while Gabrielle couldn't hide her happiness as she kept smiling. Following the fashion show, the retired pro basketballer embraced the young model. "She's arrived @miumiu," read the caption.

Dwyane also posted on his Instagram Stories several photos and videos capturing the moment. In one of the videos, the couple was sharing a laugh and chatting after Zaya walked through the catwalk. "I'm not crying, you are," he wrote over the clip, adding a teary eyes emoji.

Dwyane Wade reacted to his daughter Zaya's runway debut.

For her runway debut, Zaya modeled an oversized olive green knit blazer styled with a matching sweater and pencil skirt, carrying a brown leather bag and sporting matching patent slingback heels. Her long hair was tied in a low ponytail.

Zaya posted on her own Instagram page photos and videos of her runway debut. In the comment, Dwyane once again expressed his feelings as writing, "To witness your grace is something @zayawade Iam Proud of you."

Zaya's brother Zaire, meanwhile, jokingly explained why he didn't join their parents at the fashion show. "If I was in the crowd, your forsure gonna break that look & laugh," he wrote.

Dwyane and Gabrielle have always been supportive of Zaya since she came out as a transgender in 2020. Recently, the 15-year-old was granted an official name and gender change despite strong disapproval by her biological mother and Dwyane's ex Siohvaughn Funches.
