AceShowbiz - It looks like Bam Margera's wife has given up on their marriage. Nearly 10 years after she tied the knot with the former MTV star, Nicole Boyd decided to file for legal separation from him.

TMZ reported that Nicole filed the papers in Los Angeles on Wednesday, February 15. She cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their separation.

It was unveiled that Nicole has asked for both legal and physical custody of their 5-year-old son, Phoenix. Though so, she will allow her ex to get supervised visitation of their son as long as he covers the expenses and it's within the L.A. County. She also demanded spousal support.

Nicole and Bam got married in October 2013. She listed the date of separation as September 2021, the same month she filed for custody of Phoenix.

The news broke shortly after Bam got slammed by Priscilla Presley for his wild claims about Elvis Presley memorabilia. Following their meeting last week, the "Jackass" star told TMZ that Priscilla gave him two of the late singer's personal possessions, a robe and a ring. He even claimed that he gifted the robe to his dad, who is a big Elvis fan, and the ring to Yelawolf, whom Bam considers the new King of Rock and Roll.

Shutting down the claims, Priscilla insisted that she never gave Bam any of Elvis' possessions. She also scolded him for posting photos of their meeting. In a statement to the site, the actress said she met the skateboarder after her son Navarone Garibaldi asked her to have a "new friend" come over for a visit, but she had no idea it was Bam "or that later he would choose to post photos and false stories."

Bam has apologized to Priscilla and Navarone for his behavior though. He also hinted that his friendship with Navarone remains strong despite Prisiclla's statement, saying, "I'm making Navarone a $10,000 Heartagram necklace because I love his band ... with hopes to record and tour."
