The 'MONTERO (Call Me By Your Name)' hitmaker, along with Zedd, has been named in the lawsuit filed on behalf of landlord Daniel Fitzgerald over the April 2022 party.

AceShowbiz - Lil Nas X is facing a new lawsuit. The "MONTERO (Call Me By Your Name)" hitmaker has been slapped with a $1 million lawsuit after being part of a party that left a Hollywood mansion trashed in April 2022.

According to TMZ, legal docs have been filed on behalf of landlord Daniel Fitzgerald naming the "Old Town Road" artist and producer Zedd, along with the party's promoters and sponsors, as defendants in the seven-figure lawsuit.

Fitzgerald claimed that he warned the parties renting the luxury Hollywood Hills mansion that parties weren't allowed, but that didn't stop the crew from welcoming over 1,000 people into the rage, which allegedly left the place with plenty of damage.

Fitzgerald also alleged that there was $25,000 in damages to the couches, walls, chairs and more inside the four-story mansion equipped with an in-ground pool. With the extensive fixes taking months, he's claiming that he lost out on a couple of months of rent to the tune of $40,000.

The lawsuit claimed that both Nas X and Zedd were paid $250,000 to appear at the rager last April and he's seeking $1 million worth of compensatory and punitive damages.

However, Nas X seemed to be unbothered by the lawsuit as he was spotted in the front row of Coach's runway show at New York Fashion week sitting alongside the burgeoning Ice Spice. "I'm the baddie friend she was talm bout," he captioned a series of photos with the "Munch" rapper.

Vogue also caught up with Nas X at NYFW and the 23-year-old rapper provided an update as it pertains to the music he's working on for 2023. "Absolutely. I'm working steady," he shared. "I'm in this next phase of figuring out who this next person is for me. I'm not going out in the same clothes as my last era, or the one before that. I'm figuring that out, and learning to trust my own instincts."
