AceShowbiz - Tom Brady is celebrating his first Valentine's Day after finalizing his divorce from Gisele Bundchen. The former NFL star took to his social media platform to reflect on the meaning of love.
On Tuesday, February 14, the seven-time Super Bowl champion shared a quote from spiritual guru Sadhguru on his Instagram Story. "Love is not a transaction," the wise words read, "it is a certain exuberance and sweetness of your emotion."
Not stopping there, Tom also shared photos of his kids, daughter Vivian and son Benjamin, whom he shares with ex-wife Gisele, as well as son Jack, whom he shares with his ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan.
The first photo showed Vivi smiling sweetly as she sits on the beach with Tom writing, "[red heart emojis] The Sweetest." Another slide saw Ben palming his little sister's head as he pulled her in for a hug. "True Love [heart emoji]," the 45-year-old doting father added. Moving on to a pair of photos featuring Jack, he showed the teen enjoying time with his dogs, captioning one shot with heart emojis and a dog head emoji and another, "[heart emojis] HVD."
In the meantime, Tom's ex Gisele shared cute snapshots with her dogs. Gushing over the canines, the 42-year-old Brazilian beauty wrote, "Pure love!! I am convinced they are little angels on Earth. Happy Valentine's Day to all! [red heart emojis]."
Tom and Gisele officially divorced in October last year after 13 years of marriage. Per a three-page legal document, Gisele filed the petition for the dissolution of marriage and it was finalized on October 28 in Glades County, Florida. The paperwork officially declared the marriage as dissolved and "irretrievably broken."
It's reported that Tom's decision to continue playing for another season for Tampa Bay Buccaneers last year caused massive friction between him and Gisele, leading to the eventual end of their marriage. More details regarding their divorce seemingly will arrive soon as Gisele is reportedly planning to talk about the split in an upcoming Vanity Fair cover story.
