AceShowbiz - Kylie Jenner found herself in hot water while celebrating her children's birthdays. Many social media users called out "The Kardashians" star over the "tasteless" party theme in the wake of the Astroworld tragedy.

In pictures from Stormi and Aire's joint birthday bash that Kylie shared on Instagram Story, there could be seen some inflatable heads that modeled Travis Scott (II)'s "Astroworld" album cover. The reality star previously used a similar blow-up tunnel for Stormi.

Upon learning of the decoration, a number of online users dragged the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" alum. "Isn't this tasteless after the Astroworld tragedy … where children died," one Reddit user argued.

"CHILDREN died at Astroworld - only fitting that they would make it into another birthday party theme... So tone deaf," another fumed. Meanwhile, one Twitter user penned, "kylie using astroworld branding for her children's birthday party is a bit scary to me."

The criticism did not stop there though. More came forward with one writing, "Astroworld world' tunnel? Wtf? Where's the respect Kylie?" A different individual raged, "The theme for Stormis party is extremely poor taste considering Astroworld." Someone else commented, "Look I get Travis is the father of these kids but it is 2023, having an Astroworld themed party for your child’s fifth birthday is out of touch af."

The Astroworld tragedy took place in Houston, Texas in November 2021 and left 10 people dead and dozens injured. He has since teamed up with leaders in government and music to launch an initiative dedicated to making concerts safer in the future called HEAL.

In a statement, the initiative is billed as a "multi-tier, longterm series of community-focused philanthropy and investment efforts." About the project, Travis said, "Over the past few months I've been taking the time and space to grieve, reflect, and do my part to heal my community. Most importantly, I want to use my resources and platform moving forward towards actionable change."
