AceShowbiz - Andrea Brooks has welcomed a new addition to her family. The "When Calls the Hearts" star, who already shares daughter Viola with husband Riley Graydon, announced the baby's arrival on Saturday, December 17.

Making use of Instagram, the 33-year-old shared a photo of her cradling her newborn son, whose name is Levon. In the picture, the newborn was seen sleeping soundly as he was wrapped in a blanket. The proud mom simply captioned the post with a simple white heart emoji.

Andrea confirmed she was expecting baby No. 2 in November. That month, she also opened up about her pregnancy when speaking to Entertainment Tonight.

"I'd say this one has been easier in the sense that I'm not as riddled with fears," the Faith Carter depicter on the Hallmark series said at that time. "I've been keeping busy with work, and have been doing a lot less googling. Those internet wormholes can really keep a mom to be up at night. I'd say I'm much more relaxed and confident when it comes to my parenting abilities."

Of how her daughter Viola reacted to the baby news, Andrea recalled, "She's very excited. A lot of her little friends have welcomed siblings over the past year, so I think she has a general idea of what to expect." The Canadian native continued, "She wasn't all that enthusiastic when I told her she would be a big sister, in fact, I remember she looked me square in the eyes and said, 'Yes mama, I know! I told you!' "

"I'm assuming since she watched her friends become big brothers and sisters, she just figured that was in the cards for our family, too," the model further elaborated. "It definitely was not an emotional TikTok-worthy moment."
