AceShowbiz - While everyone is talking about "Harry & Meghan", Prince William and his wife Princess Kate Middleton reportedly haven't watched Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's Netflix series. According to a new report, it seems like the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge won't tune in to the docuseries anytime soon.
"William and Kate's aides have briefed them on the show, but don't expect the couple to sit down in their cottage with a bowl of popcorn to tune in themselves," a source tells Page Six.
On the 6-part docuseries, Harry discusses his strained relationship with his older brother. In one episode, the Duke of Sussex claimed that the Institution would be "happy" to lie to protect William, but it wasn't "willing" to tell the truth for him and Meghan.
At one point, Harry looked distressed after receiving a text from William in the wake of Harry and Meghan's bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey. "Wow. H just got a text from his brother," the Duchess shared.
"I wish I knew what to do," Harry then said while putting his arms above his head in distress as his wife got off her chair and gave him a hug.
The sixth and final episode of the "Harry & Meghan" series also featured footage of William being asked by reporters if he had spoken to his brother following the couple's interview with Oprah. The Prince of Wales said in the clip, "I haven't spoken to him yet, but I will do."
In the said interview, the Sussexes claimed that they had been targeted with racism by an unnamed member of the royal family who was allegedly concerned about the color of their son Archie's skin. The "Suits" alum additionally revealed that she was suicidal after receiving non-stop backlash on British media but was stopped from getting help because it would allegedly affect the image of British royal family.
