AceShowbiz - Todd Chrisley and Julie Chrisley are getting closer to spending their lives in jail after fraud case sentencing. The former "Chrisley Knows Best" stars have been ordered to begin their prison sentences in January.

Per documents obtained by PEOPLE, a motion filed by the U.S. Marshal's Office on Monday, December 13 stated that the disgraced reality stars must report to their respective Florida institutions on January 17.

Todd, who was sentenced to 12 years in federal custody, will serve his time at Federal Prison Camp Pensacola. Meanwhile, Julie will spend her seven-year sentence about two hours away from her husband at the Federal Correctional Institution Marianna. It is considered a "medium security federal correctional institution with an adjacent minimum security satellite camp," per the prison's website.

They will also be in minimum security in their respective facilities. In addition to their sentences, Todd and Julie were also ordered to serve 16 months of probation following their release from prison. Their former accountant, Peter Tarantino, was also sentenced to three years behind bars and three years of supervised release. He'll report to prison on May 1.

In June, the reality stars were found guilty of conspiracy to defraud banks out of more than $30 million in fraudulent loans. The Chrisleys were also convicted of several tax crimes, including trying to defraud the IRS. Throughout the trial, they maintained their innocence and subsequently filed to appeal their sentencing.

"Todd and Julie are people of faith, and that faith gives them strength as they appeal their convictions. Their trial was marred by serious and repeated errors, including the government lying to jurors about what taxes the couple paid," the pair's attorney, Alex Little, declared last month. "Based on these issues, we are optimistic about the road ahead."

The sentencing hugely affected their TV shows as "Chrisley Knows Best" and its spin-off "Growing Up Chrisley" were all canceled. The family also lost their third TV show, "Love Limo".
