AceShowbiz - Gisele Bundchen is making sure that everything is perfect. The Brazilian beauty is seen at the construction of her $11.5 million property in Miami, Florida as she's remodeling it following her divorce from Tom Brady.
On Thursday, December 8, the 42-year-old supermodel was snapped speaking to some workers at the construction site. For the outing, she donned a gray tank top, fitted jeans and a pair of flip-flop sandals. She wore her hair in a casually pretty messy bun, wore very little makeup, and added a pair of stud earrings and a gold bracelet.
According to Page Six, the property is located very close to Gisele's ex-husband Tom's mansion, which will make their co-parenting easier. Gisele's house is reportedly 6600 square feet and features a huge pool, 5 bedrooms and 25-foot ceilings, among other amenities.
"You could literally swim from Gisele's place to Tom's, not that they would, but both homes will include a dock, so it would be very easy for them to co-parent their children while living so close to each other," a source spilled.
Tom and Gisele were declared legally single on October 28. The former couple, who were married for 13 years, went separate ways not long after Tom decided to unretire from the NFL. They settled their divorce only a few hours after Gisele filed it, thanks to an "ironclad prenup" that they signed a few years ago.
Despite calling it quits, they agreed to have joint custody of their kids, 13-year-old Benjamin and 10-year-old Vivian. According to a source, the agreement will allow their children to have "full access" to both parents. "They can see whichever parent they want. They've got a schedule, but neither of them would prevent their kids from seeing the other parent. The kids adore them both, and they'll have full access to both, whenever they want. They're not vindictive like that," the insider confirmed.
