AceShowbiz - Ali Stroker couldn't be happier to have become a first-time mom. Revealing that she gave birth to her and her husband David Perlow's first child one month prior, the former "Glee" star gushed about feeling "so lucky."
Making use of Instagram on Thursday, December 8, the 35-year-old shared a carousel of photos where she and her spouse posed with the baby, whose name is Jesse Kenneth Perlow. In the first snap, the Tony Award winner could be seen cradling the tot while her husband held a sign that read, "Jesse 1 month old."
In the caption, Ali gushed, "World meet Jesse Kenneth Perlow! Born 11/8 healthy and so happy to be here! Life will never be the same." She added, "We are so lucky that you are our boy!" along with a series of blue heart emojis.
Ali confirmed her pregnancy back in July as she celebrate their wedding anniversary. At that time, she posted a sweet photo of the two and a sonogram. "We are having a baby!!! The newest member of the team is arriving in November! A dream come true!!" she exclaimed.
"Happy 1st anniversary @david_perlow ! Best year ever!" the then-expectant mom further raved. "Thank you for creating this life with me! We won the jackpot! I love you."
In November, Ali expressed her gratitude on Instagram as she was preparing to welcome the baby. "Hard to articulate how grateful I feel to have the ability to carry my baby for 9 months. It's been a gift and a dream come true. This has been a real privilege. The body is miraculous. We can't wait to meet you so soon little guy!" she wrote at that time.
Ali, who has been in a wheelchair since a car accident at age 2 that left her paralyzed from chest down, first met David in college before reconnecting during the 2015 Deaf West Theatre revival of Spring Awakening. The pair tied the knot in July 2021.
