The 'Hereditary' actress announced that she and her now-estranged husband Dave Galafassi are divorcing after pictures of him kissing another woman, identified as Shannon Egan, surfaced on social media.

AceShowbiz - Toni Collette has revealed more details on her divorce from Dave Galafassi. The "Pieces of Her" star has edited a statement about her split to clarify her relationship with her now-estranged husband before he's pictured kissing another woman on the beach.

On Thursday, December 8, fans noticed that the 50-year-old actress changed her statement to say that their decision to end their 20-year marriage came "after a substantial period of separation." The post now reads, "After a substantial period of separation, it is with grace and gratitude that we announce we are divorcing."

Toni announced that she and Dave are heading to divorce after photos of the 44-year-old musician kissing a bikini-clad woman, who's later identified as "integrative chiropractor" Shannon Egan, at Manly Beach emerged on the Internet. Despite the split, Toni explained that their kids, 14-year-old daughter Sage Florence and 11-year-old son Arlo Robert, are "of paramount importance to us and we will continue to thrive as a family, albeit a different shape."

Dave and Shannon were caught hugging and kissing in the water and on the sand in front of other beachgoers. The pair spent 15 minutes in the water and then bought a coffee. One witness said the couple was "all over each other."

Following the news of Dave and Toni's divorce, it's unveiled that Dave is hiding out at the now-estranged couple's modest $3 million home in Birchgrove, Sydney's inner west. When he's asked by Daily Mail Australia about his alleged cheating behavior, he said, "I don't want to talk about it," via the intercom at his home.

Ironically, a few days before Dave's PDA-filled beach photos surfaced, Toni posted a message about "eternal" love. Along with an infamous photo of the Hasanly Lovers, two human skeletons sharing a kiss, the "Hereditary" actress wrote, "Love is eternal. These two were found in Iran in 1972. They've been kissing and in this embrace for approximately 2800 years. At first they were thought to be two men but since discovered that she (left) was about 22 when she died. And he (right) was early 30s. I love them [heart emoji]."
