The alleged kissing and cuddling photos of Dave Galafassi and bikini-clad 'integrative chiropractor' Shannon Egan lead to the 'Hereditary' actress filing a divorce to end their 20-year marriage.

AceShowbiz - Toni Collette's now-estranged husband Dave Galafassi has finally broken his silence on pictures of him kissing another woman at a beach. The photos lead to the "Hereditary" actress filing a divorce to end their 20-year marriage.

Daily Mail Australia reported on Thursday, December 8 that the 44-year-old musician is currently hiding out at the now-estranged couple's modest $3 million home in Birchgrove, Sydney's inner west. The home has three bedrooms. When he's asked about his alleged cheating behavior, he said, "I don't want to talk about it," via the intercom at his home.

Dave's new lover has been identified as Shannon Egan. She is 41 years old. A few hours following their steamy date at Manly Beach, Shannon, who's an "integrative chiropractor," was spotted taking her dog for a walk near her home. She went barefoot and tied her blonde tresses in a messy bun. She also wore a sleeveless white T-shirt and showed off her tanned legs in a pair of striped shorts.

Dave and Shannon were caught hugging and kissing in the water and on the sand in front of other beachgoers. The pair arrived at the beach at about 7.30 A.M., spent 15 minutes in the water, then bought a coffee. One witness said the couple was "all over each other."

A few hours after the steamy beach pictures surfaced on the Internet, Toni released a statement on behalf of the former couple, confirming that they're divorcing. "It is with grace and gratitude that we announce we are divorcing," the post read, "We're united in our decision and part with continuing respect and care for each other."

They added that their kids, 14-year-old daughter Sage Florence and 11-year-old son Arlo Robert, are still their priorities. "Our kids are of paramount importance to us and we will continue to thrive as a family, albeit a different shape," they stated, before ending with a note of gratitude, "We're thankful for the space and love you grant us as we evolve and move through this transition peacefully. Big thanks."

Ironically, a few days before Dave's PDA-filled photos surfaced, Toni posted a message about "eternal" love. Along with an infamous photo of the Hasanly Lovers, two human skeletons sharing a kiss, the "Pieces of Her" star wrote, "Love is eternal. These two were found in Iran in 1972. They've been kissing and in this embrace for approximately 2800 years. At first they were thought to be two men but since discovered that she (left) was about 22 when she died. And he (right) was early 30s. I love them [heart emoji]."
