The Bravo personality, who shares Ocean with her ex-fiance Randall Emmett, divulged that she rushed the 1-year-old to Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles along with her mom.

AceShowbiz - Lala Kent couldn't help but get emotional when recalling the moment she rushed her daughter Ocean to an emergency room. The "Vanderpump Rules" star broke down in tears while sharing the story in the Wednesday, November 9 episode of her "Give Them Lala" podcast.

The incident took place last week after the 32-year-old put her baby to bed at around 7 P.M. Noting that she heard Ocean cry, she realized that "something's wrong." She added, "So I go in, and she is gasping for air like she cannot breathe."

"I was keeping an eye on her for what seemed like an hour which was really five minutes before I decided we're going to the emergency room - like something's off," she continued. "I was watching her, I tried to lay down, I was steaming the shower, [and] while it was steaming, I put her on my chest, laid in the bed and just the way she was sounding, you could tell she was having trouble breathing. Now I'm not f**king around."

The reality star, who shares Ocean with her ex-fiance Randall Emmett, divulged that she rushed the 1-year-old to Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles along with her mom. "They push her into a room immediately," she recounted, adding that the ER was "filled to the brim," so the doctors knew that Ocean "needs to be seen immediately."

Lala later learned that Ocean was diagnosed with croup, which is described as "an infection of the upper airway which obstructs breathing" by the Mayo Clinic. She additionally noted that her baby was prescribed a steroid "to release the airway" which immediately helped her.

"When they're infants, [it] is very very scary," Lala lamented. "Luckily Ocean's lungs are developed, so it is something that if you catch it quickly is very treatable."

"Even talking about it now. It was like, 'Oh my God this is so scary.' Like I asked the nurse, 's my baby going to wake up tomorrow? Because I'm freaking out,' " the Bravo personality continued as her voice started to crack. She claimed she was "in hysterics" the whole time but had no idea "what the f**k is going on" since she's a new mom.

"All I know is my baby woke up and was having a hard time breathing, I'm so sorry," Lala added while crying. Luckily, she and her mom managed to take Ocean back home later that night and the toddler has since been healthy.
