AceShowbiz - Is Bridget Moynahan responding divorce rumors surrounding her ex Tom Brady and his wife Gisele Bundchen? Taking to her social media account, the "John Wick" actress posted a cryptic quote about ending a marriage.
"Not everything is meant to be mended," the quote, originally shared by family and marriage therapist Vienna Pharaon, read. "Not all relationships are meant to last a lifetime. Sometimes we have to learn to get comfortable with the gifts that are offered through the ruptures and the endings instead of the stories of repair and reconciliation."
The "Sex and the City" actress also included Vienna's caption that further delved into the discussion of breakups and how they can provide some of people's "greatest gifts." The expert wrote, "It's much harder to be face to face with this. Our tolerance for it is low. And yet, some of our greatest gifts, offerings, and lessons come from this space."
"The relationship that doesn't work out but teaches you something important about yourself," she added. "The rupture that doesn't get mended but shows you something new about a pattern of yours."
This appeared to be Bridget's first so-called response to her ex-beau's troubles with the former Victoria's Secret Angel, which began when the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback un-retired from the NFL.
More recently, it's reported that Tom is "no longer" thinking about reconciling with his supermodel wife. A source told Radar Online, "His football buddies are telling him Gisele is too much trouble. They want him to rejoin the dating pool and go clubbing with them!"
According to the informant, "Gisele is bitter and angry that Tom lied to her about retiring." The 42-year-old Brazilian beauty allegedly "believes that her husband went back on his word and she wants him to pay for it."
To make matters worse, sources said that the seven-time Super Bowl champion has been "having so much fun this season and wants to play pro football as long as it's humanely possible."
Gisele and Tom have yet to officially file for divorce. A source informed Page Six on Friday, October 21 that "things are very nasty" between the couple "because of the lawyers." The source added, "They are ready for a fight."
"Tom and Gisele are not battling over the kids, they both want joint custody," the insider went on adding, "But it will take some time to divide their immense wealth and property all over the world." Sources said the two will have to figure out how to split their reported $400 million net worth and $30 million real estate portfolio, including a $17 million home on Indian Creek Island in Florida.
Amid the alleged marital trouble, Gisele appeared to enjoy some quality time with her kids. In photos obtained by Daily Mail on Monday, October 24, the supermodel got into the Halloween spirit with her daughter Vivian, 9, and son Benjamin, 12, as they stopped by a pumpkin patch in Miami.
Gisele was every inch the hands-on mother carrying a fresh squash in her arms as she supervised her two kids with no wedding ring in sight. Despite having her hands full with the heavy pumpkin, she was seen flashing a radiant smile.
