Previously, the alleged victims, siblings who used the pseudonyms John and Jane Doe to file the lawsuit against the comedienne and Aries Spears, stated that they agree to settle the legal issue under certain conditions.

AceShowbiz - Tiffany Haddish may have seen the finish line of the child grooming case. Seemingly wanting to get past this situation as soon as possible, the comedienne has reached a deal with the accusers amid settlement talks.

On Monday, September 19, Radar Online reported that the "Girls Trip" actress and her accusers "worked out the deal privately." According to court documents obtained by the outlet, they have reached a deal to "block the public from seeing the original complaint."

It was said to have been Tiffany's decision to take this to federal court where documents were sealed due to "several photographs of a minor John in an undressed state." In the paperwork, the siblings recognized that the 42-year-old actress/comic was friends with their mother and alleged that she would say she was taking the kids to auditions when "in reality she was having them film skits that were sexually inappropriate."

The alleged victims, siblings who used the pseudonyms John Doe and Jane Doe to file the child abuse lawsuit against Tiffany and Aries Spears, agreed to settle the legal issue under certain conditions. "My brother and I are amenable to Plaintiff Haddish's desire to engage in mediation/settlement talks," Jane stated in court documents obtained prior to reaching the deal.

She further claimed to have reached out to Tiffany's lawyer Clifton Albright that "laid out basic terms of the parties to engage in mediation/settlement talks." She added that she has contacted Aries' legal team as well but has not heard back. She claimed the defendants "have instead chosen to reach out to my mother to get her to force my brother and me to settle."

Jane stated in the new paperwork that the mediation would have to be paid by Tiffany and "must take place in Las Vegas within the next two weeks." She said "if we succeed in agreeing to a settlement" she was willing to put out a joint statement with the "Night School" star where "we state that the parties have agreed to a private settlement, and [Tiffany] must publicly apologize for her role in the skits."

Moreover, Jane wants Tiffany to recant her shakedown statement directed "towards our mother." The alleged victim, who is now 22 years old, also asked Tiffany to "state she never intended to harm my brother, mother and me."

Tiffany and Aries were hit with child abuse lawsuit earlier this month. In the filing, the alleged victim accused the comedians of grooming her and her younger brother and coercing them into filming sexually explicit skit, "Through a Pedophile's Eyes", when they were children.

A few days after being hit with the lawsuit, the pedophile sketch circulated on social media. Later, Tiffany released a statement on Instagram, noting that she regretted having agreed to act in the disturbing clip. "I know people have a bunch of questions. I get it. I'm right there with you," she declared. "Unfortunately because there is an ongoing legal case, there's very little that I can say right now."
