The 36-year-old athlete pops the big question at Latoia Fitzgerald's show to promote her line 'Lionne', which is also attended by the likes of Draya Michelle, Fivio Foreign as well as Flo Milli.

AceShowbiz - Rajon Rondo has taken his relationship with Latoia Fitzgerald to a whole new level. The four-time All-Star proposed to his girlfriend during a New York Fashion Week show on Thursday night, September 8.

The 36-year-old got down on his knee after Latoia's show to promote her clothing brand "Lionne" ended. Some clips surfacing online show the athlete popping the big question on the runway, much to her surprise.

Guests were also shocked by the proposal. After the fashion designer said yes, the crowd erupted in cheers. Other big names who attended the show were Draya Michelle, Fivio Foreign and Flo Milli.

It was unclear when Rajon and Latoia began dating. However, Latoia have been sharing photos and videos of her with the athlete since February 2020 as she celebrated his birthday.

In March, Latoia offered a heartfelt tribute to Rajon with a sweet picture of the two. "Thank you for loving me. Thank you for showering me with your confidence. Thank you for pushing me but not letting me fall. Without a pause, without a doubt, in a heartbeat.. I'll keep choosing you," she captioned the Instagram post.

Romance aside, the pair was slapped with a lawsuit later that year. A woman named Toktam Jorshari launched legal action against the couple after they allegedly attacked her during a parking lot dispute in July.

According to court documents, Toktam says she parked her car next to Rajon's $300k Rolls-Royce SUV, which she claims was parked in a handicapped parking spot. She says that the NBA star was pissed that she parked her car too close to his driver's side door and claims he and his girlfriend cussed her out and attacked her for it.

Toktam says she suffered injuries and is suing both Rajon and Latoia for assault and battery, infliction of emotional distress, and conspiracy. She's seeking unspecified damages in excess of $1 million.
