T.I. Declares Unconditional Love for Son King Harris When Addressing His Recent Arrest

The 41-year-old emcee, who shares the teenager with his wife Tiny Harris a.k.a. Tameka Cottle, describes the 18-year-old as 'a good kid chasing after the wrong s**t.'

AceShowbiz - T.I. has unconditional love for his children. When addressing his son King Harris' recent arrest, the "Live Your Life" rapper vowed to "love him through whatever it is that he's going through."

After declaring his support for King in an Instagram video shared on Friday, September 2, T.I. said he believes his son is "trying to convince himself of things as we all do as young men and even young women growing up." The emcee believes that the 18-year-old is just trying "to convince ourselves that we are certain things."

"I know my son. Think I ain't spoke to my son? Think I ain't told my son, his mama and his grandmama?" he told fans. "His a** is going to prison ... if he keeps this s**t up, his a** is going to prison."

"Ain't no way around it, ain't nothing I'mma be able to do about it," the 41-year-old continued. Noting that he's "already had that conversation" and "already made my peace with it," he added, "Cause I know that energy. I was that energy. I know exactly how it's going to turn out."

"King is a good kid chasing after the wrong s**t," the hip-hop star, who shares the teenager with his wife Tiny Harris a.k.a. Tameka Cottle, elaborated further. "I trust in God to deal with it the way he sees fit."

King revealed his run-in with the law on Thursday. In an Instagram Story clip, King showed what seemed to be the police documents. Someone with him could be heard saying, "I got one for not wearing a seatbelt." Meanwhile, King wrote over the video, "Mane a lil minor set bacc fa a major come bacc f**k em."

In a separate post, King further taunted police for arresting him. Alongside a picture of him flipping off the camera, he wrote, "I'm bacc F**K 12!!!! WILD BEAST."

King later shared some details when he was pulled over by the authorities. Sharing a video of him chilling and bathing following the arrest, he bragged, "Yeah right. N***a has to much money. This is how a n***a is supposed to be every day. … [police] caught me when I was, you know what I'm saying, on my way to vacation. I'm sorry! I'm sorry!"
