AceShowbiz - Tristan Wilds (Mack Wilds) shared great news for fans on his wife's birthday. As he celebrated Christina Hammond's latest milestone, the former "90210" star announced that they are currently expecting their second child together.
Making use of Instagram on Thursday, August 18, the 33-year-old shared some photos of the two. The actor went shirtless in the snaps while his spouse flaunted her baby bump in a yellow-blue bikini. He captioned the post, "one thing about me, i don't miss. ha! happy birthday, my love."
The post has since been flooded with congratulatory comments from many. "Yesssss!! Congratulations to The Wilds and Happy Birthday Beauty!" one person gushed. "omgggg congrats another one," someone else exclaimed, while another added, "Omgggg congrats."
Mack and Christina got married in 2020. The couple already has one daughter, 2-year-old Tristyn Naomi Wilds. She was born on December 11, 2019.
Back in 2021, Christina praised Mack for his being an "amazing" dad. She said in OWN Network's September 2021 special OWN Spotlight: They Call Me Dad", "Mack is an amazing father... I can't even describe it. Just seeing how he deals with her and how he interacts with her, it warms my heart."
Mack himself couldn't be more grateful for his fatherhood journey since it helped him getting out of "a dark place." He said, "I was just letting life take me wherever she may... I kind of just started to think people would probably be better off without me being here. Tristyn was a very big part of the motivation to get pulled out of that dark place. That's the push I needed to get towards the light."
About what lessons he wants to teach his kid, "The Wire" alum shared, "I want to teach my daughter, one, to enjoy who she is, to enjoy her femininity, her Blackness but also understand that you are entitled to everything that the world has to offer just like anybody else." He continued, "No matter gender, color, or anything."
