When giving a brutally honest review on social media, 'The Real Housewives of New York City' alum also compares Skkn by Kim's product packaging to a Rubik's Cube.

AceShowbiz - Bethenny Frankel is making sure that she's giving an honest review. The former "The Real Housewives of New York City" star labeled Kim Kardashian's skincare line "impractical" and "overpriced."

On Monday, August 8, the 51-year-old reality star took to her TikTok account to share her opinions on Skkn by Kim. She assessed two products, the $55 exfoliator and $75 eye cream. In the video that has since garnered over 1 million views, she slammed the packaging as "impractical at best," compared it to a Rubik's Cube and overall graded them as being "likely somewhat overpriced" despite admitting that she's happy with the "quality" of the products.

Bethenny first took issue with the egg-shaped packaging of the eye cream. "The packaging. This is an eye cream, it is bulbous, I don't understand it, because it doesn't stack... it doesn't even have a flat bottom, so it's effectively like an egg. I guess it has a tiny little flat bottom but that's impractical at best," she explained.

Bethenny also had a laundry list of critiques with the exfoliator, a scrub that came in a bulky container she imagined would be difficult to travel with. "This is crazy!" the socialite, who wore a white bathrobe and head full of wet hair, criticized. "It's gigantic! How are you going to travel with this? If you don't have a private plane, you have to be a billionaire to use this product because if you don't have a private plane, how are you traveling with this?"

"It's just not practical, and I'm a very practical and organized person. This shocks me because don't the Kardashians organize their jelly beans by color?" Bethenny wondered, before hilariously comparing it to a Rubik's Cube as she attempted to open the package. "Oh my god it's a Rubik's Cube!" she said, "Hear that sound? That's satisfying."

Bethenny went on to note that she likes "that form of exfoliating" as it has "those micro white granules." She further shared, "Is it worth the money they're charging? Unlikely. And as far as the eye cream, luxurious product, very nice, like a melted butter consistency, but not like ultra rich. I would feel like for this price tag it'd be Chantecaille, Sisley rich. It's not Kardashian rich. It's richer than I am maybe, but it's not Kardashian rich."

"This is definitely good skincare, this is quality, I just think it's extremely impractical in its packaging," Bethenny said, concluding her two-minute review, "I know that very ecologically sound, it's a good quality product that's likely somewhat overpriced but most beauty is overpriced." In the caption of her post, she hilariously wrote, "'And the most impractical packaging award goes to…"

One user thanked Bethenny for the honest review, writing in the comment section, "You just saved me money…I travel way too much." Another user said, "The circle one looks like [an] EOS lip balm packaging lololol," to which Bethenny replied, "Yes I thought that."

The Skkn by Kim line includes nine products, a cleanser, toner, exfoliator, hyaluronic acid serum, vitamin C serum, face cream, eye cream, oil drops and night oil. "The Kardashians" star launched the skincare line on June 21.
