AceShowbiz - Blueface is facing a new lawsuit over an alleged assault. The "Bleed It" spitter has been accused by a man named Ray Anthony Gonzales of hurling homophobic slur during a brawl at a hookah lounge.
According to court documents obtained by Radar Online on Thursday, August 4, the rapper, whose real name is Jonathan Porter, is being sued by Ray for assault, battery, gender violence and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
The alleged altercation took place at the Blue Moon Hookah Lounge in Downtown Los Angeles after Ray approached Blueface in the bathroom. Ray claimed in the paperwork that the "Thotiana" rapper then called him a "f****t" and told him to "get away from me."
Ray further claimed that Blueface swung at him with a closed fist, so he punched back and then a brawl ensued with members of Blueface's team kicking and punching him while he was on the bottom of a pile in the middle of the lounge.
Ray also alleged that he was hit in the head with a bottle by one of Blueface's security team members. It's initially reported that the fight broke out after Ray touched the West Coast rapper's chain.
"While being kicked and stomped on the floor, [Ray] was again hit on the head several times with a large bottle, causing major bleeding and a large laceration to the head, among other serious injuries. [Ray] again lost consciousness for several minutes," the lawsuit read.
Ray and his cousin, Asia, were both transported to Centinela Hospital Medical Center and treated for their injuries. He stated that he received stitches and multiple scans and X-rays on his injured wrist, ribs and head.
As for now, Ray is seeking unspecified damages, claiming that he still suffers from "severe headaches, dizziness, blurred vision, photophobia, tinnitus, phonophobia, short-term memory and concentration."
That aside, Blueface and his girlfriend Chrisean Rock were involved in a physical altercation in Hollywood on Monday night, August 1. The incident was all captured on video. It's reported that a criminal report was filed just hours after the scuffle went down.
