The 'Kiss Me More' songstress receives mixed responses after sharing pictures that reveal her bare face as opposed to her flawless look that's usually shown on camera.

AceShowbiz - Doja Cat is getting honest with her fans. The female rapper/singer has treated her Instagram followers to new pictures of hers, only to shock some of them who are not used to seeing her bare face.

On Monday, July 24, the 26-year-old hip-hop star posted on her account two new selfies. In the images, the "Say So" hitmaker wore a pink cap and pink sunglasses while posing in car. She also sported a yellow fur top with a seat belt strapped over her chest.

In both of them, Doja, born Amala Ratna Zandile Dlamini, went makeup free, showing her natural complexion that seems darker than usual. The photos also exposed her pimples and thin eyebrows. "chilling is good," she captioned the first snap, while writing underneath the second picture, "r u dreaming or are u creaming."

After seeing the images, many social media users expressed their shock at how different Doja looks without makeup. "Omg the difference makeup makes," one person noted. Another commented, "She look like joe dirt."

Another surprised fan simply wrote, "Damn," while a fourth expressed their disgust as writing, "She looks like old school lady luck." A fifth user exclaimed, "Damn s****t wtf is that."

"When you finna take a picture and the front camera exposes you," one other commenter enthused, while a baffled person asked, "WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS."

Still, some people supported Doja, with one noting, "No filter, no makeup, no eyebrows, no hair, looking down with the camera at an upward angle is not a good look for anyone. She's still a cute girl." Another fan wrote, "Lmao I love her," while a third supporter said, "Team natural."

The shocking makeup-free selfies aside, Doja has been featured on Post Malone's "I Like You (A Happier Song)" music video in which she appears topless while running in a field of flowers. She gushed over her collaborator after the video was released, tweeting on Monday, "New vid rocks. Post Malone is extremely sweet and rad. Child i love you you f**kin killed it."
