AceShowbiz - Misty Copeland has become a mother for the first time. According to a new report, the 39-year-old ballerina and her spouse Olu Evans, whom she married in 2016, welcomed a son named Jackson into the world, three months ago.

"I'm on maternity leave right now," the former dancer for late music legend Prince said in an interview with PEOPLE. "But I will be back on the stage in 2023, hopefully, in the fall."

Because she wants a "private" personal life for her family, Misty kept her pregnancy a secret. "Definitely with my son, I wouldn't have him probably be on camera for anything," she shared. "But when it comes to my career and what I'm doing, I'm really open."

The new mom revealed the newborn is set to go on his first trip abroad this summer. She told the publication, "We just got Jackson's passport a couple days ago. So we're on our way to Corsica this summer in France."

Misty additionally heaped praise on her lawyer husband for being a huge support throughout her career and a great father. "It's never easy, but I wouldn't be able to do it without having a support system. My husband is incredible. … He's been there for me throughout my entire career to help me to be able to balance those things," she said.

Meanwhile, Will Smith previously claimed he dreamed of having a harem of girlfriends including Misty and Halle Berry. The "Men In Black" actor, who is married to Jada Pinkett Smith, discussed his fantasy with intimacy coach Michaela Boehm and even had her work on the list with him and planned to contact the women, but ultimately realised the idea was "horrific."

He said, "I don't know where I saw it or some s**t as a teenager, but the idea of travelling with 20 women that I loved and took care of and all of that, it seemed like a really great idea. "And then, after we played it out a little bit, I was like, 'That would be horrific. That would be horrific.' I was like, 'Can you imagine how miserable?' "

However, Will still found it helpful to discuss his fantasy in depth. He explained, "What she was doing was essentially cleaning out my mind, letting it know it was OK to be me and be who I was. It was OK to think Halle is fine. It doesn’t make me a bad person that I'm married and I think Halle is beautiful."

"Whereas in my mind, in my Christian upbringing, even my thoughts were sins. That was really the process that Michaela worked me through to let me realise that my thoughts were not sins and even acting on an impure thought didn't make me a piece of s**t," he continued.
