The new bling, which is another small diamond stud on her opposite nostril, was featured in a video that she shared on Wednesday, June 29. The video, however, saw the former "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" star promoting a new shirt.
"I'm super excited to share them, I designed them myself and I hope you love them," Alana wrote in the caption. She additionally attached the link where fans can purchase the shirt. Alana also teased in the video, "I will have more in the future, but for right now, this is what we have."
Fans gushed over Alana's new look in the comments section. "Wow Alana you look great!" a fan added, with someone else writing, "Love the double nose piercings super cute!" One person apparently tried to give the young star some advice, "You are Naturally beautiful, you don't need to enhance anything, (ie lashes, extreme nails…) just know that. Watch you every week!"

She flashed the huge sparkler in a series of photos on Monday, June 20. In the images, the former child beauty pageant contestant joined her elder sister, Lauryn Shannon a.k.a. Pumpkin, as the latter debuted her newborns, whom she welcomed in May.
Alana was seen wearing the rock on her left ring finger. She additionally put the ring on display as she swept hair off her face with her left hand in another snap.
However, a representative for Alana quickly shut down the rumors. Speaking with Page Six, the rep claimed that the 16-year-old and Dralin are not engaged to get married. As for the diamond ring, the rep insisted that it is "just a ring."
