Taking offence at haters' reaction to her red carpet look that saw her wearing cutout crochet dress with sandals, the social media influencer does not hesitate in roasting them back.

AceShowbiz - Ari Fletcher is fighting back haters. Finding herself being called out for her "inappropriate" look at 2022 BET Awards, the social media influencer, who boasts over 1,9 million followers, took offense at what the trolls were saying and vented her frustration on her social media account.

Through her Twitter account, the 26-year-old expressed her annoyance. "Y'all ain't never even seen a red carpet except the one y'all mama ordered off Amazon for your prom," she fumed. "Please don't worry about what we wear and how we express ourselves. How you hating from outside the carpet? You can't even step on one hoe!"

Ari's heated response came after she was criticized over a snap she shared. The picture saw her donning a span cutout crochet dress for 2022 BET Awards. The social media personality paired her dress with a matching strappy sandals and accessorized herself with simple layered golden jewelry.

Several Twitter users found her look did not suit the atmosphere of the BET Awards, and immediately poked fun at her look. "This is not something you wear to BET awards. Girl talk so much smack & don't know HIGH class dressing," one user mocked. Another one shared similar sentiment by stating, "A d**n mess!! All that botched work &still raggedy."

"I feel like this would've been cute af for a upscale pool/beach party but not the BET awards girl. And all the space on the nipple part showing the pasties is throwing me off cuz why would they make it like that," a third one chimed in.

Ari attended the 2022 BET Awards at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday, June 26. The big event saw Megan Thee Stallion and Will Smith among the prizewinners with Megan successfully snagging the Best Female Hip Hop Artist and Will collecting Best Actor for his performance in "King Richard" despite his Oscars slap controversy.
