During his tumultuous relationship with his ex-wife Marisa DiMartino, the 48-year-old was allegedly abusive towards the mother of his two children and shouting 'names' at her in front of their kids.

AceShowbiz - Teresa Giudice's fiance Luis Ruelas may not have a clean sheet and a new report has just added to his alleged bad records. In a newly-obtained police report, Luis is accused of being abusive and pushing his ex-wife Marisa DiMartino into a metal pole during a dispute.

According to Page Six which obtained the police report, the heated argument took place on October 4, 2012 in Orangetown, NY, where the former couple, who shares to teenage sons, lived before divorcing a decade ago. The report was filed one day after the alleged incident.

"[Marisa] reported that after her estranged husband dropped off the children the two began to argue over finances," the report states. "The dispute became heated and culminated with [Luis] pushing [Marisa] into a metal support pole in the garage." No arrest was made because Marisa declined to press charges.

But that wasn't the only time the former spouses had a tense exchange. On New Year's Eve 2010, Marisa filed a separate police report, claiming she and Luis had a verbal dispute that caused her to leave their family home.

"[Marisa] states she had a verbal dispute with [Luis], her husband," the report reads. "[Marisa] states they are going through a divorce and [Luis] came to the house and got into an argument with her. [Marisa] left residence."

In June 2016, Marisa claimed in a third police report that Luis "shouted names" at her in front of their children during a custody exchange. "My ex husband came to pick up my son [at] approx 6:00. He wanted to exchange words and I did not want to come to [the] door," Marisa stated in the report. "He continue [sic] ringing and banging on [the] door till I opened, scaring my other son, [redacted], upstairs."

The mother of two added, "At drop off he shouted names in front of both children as he sped off with second son who he claims wants to live with him." Asked whether Luis ever "threatened to kill [her] or [their] children," Marisa checked a box for "yes." She also gave a "yes" answer to a question if Luis has shown increasing physical violence over the years.

Despite the allegations, no charges were pressed in response to both incidents, and an arrest was not made.

A rep for Teresa and Luis has not responded to the allegations, but a source has denied the notion that he was abusive throughout his relationship with his ex-wife. "Despite going through a divorce several years ago, Louie and Marisa are in a very good place and are both very actively involved with one another in co-parenting their two boys. Marisa has met Teresa, as Joe [Giudice] has met Louie. Everyone gets along. That's the real story here," the source tells the site.

Luis previously also battled a damning allegation by another ex. Back in April 2021, it was revealed that his ex-fiancee Vanessa Reiser filed legal action against him when their two-year relationship ended in 2020, claiming he would become incensed if they did not have enough sex. The lawsuit was eventually settled out of court for undisclosed terms.

"Ninety-nine percent of their fights were because he was complaining that they weren't having enough sex," a so-called insider told the news outlet. "If they had sex like four times in one day, there was a complaint."

Responding to the "sex-obsessed" allegations in a "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" reunion, Luis confessed to host Andy Cohen, "I can't have sex four times a day." His rep also said in a statement at the time, "These people need to get a life and move on. He has, it's time for them to do the same."
